My OH surprised me with a new Desktop for Christmas unfortunately it doesn't seem to want to install the new vista drivers I downloaded from Graphtec
for my craft robo CC200.20. I keep getting 'Windows can't find drivers' error message. Has
anyone any helpful hints.

i didnt have any problems with mine Chris maybe try uninstalling and the install again not much help i know but worth a try libby

Unfortunately it wouldn't even install. I think it's more a vista problem than anything to do with the drivers.

what about downloading on your older computer and then burning to a disc or using a pen drive then putting on vista machine, I
had no problems downloading on to my vista when I did it but I did have a disc to work from.

It's worth a try.
 I did copy the file on to a disc but it was all
done through the new machine. It's going to be something simple that's stopping it but heaven knows what. It has me stumped and for someone who
considers herself reasonable well versed in the ways of computers it's very frustrating. It reminds me of trying to find the last word in a crossword
puzzle and not being successful.

I got my new Robo yesterday (after several years of sulking and stamping my feet), and had no trouble installing both lots of software on my Vista laptop. It
took a while to install, but I had no problems.

This is the very first problem I've had with the Robo in 1 year of use so I can't complain. Graphtec are sending me a disc so I hope that sorts the
problem out.

Hi Chris, I'm new on this forum and dissapointed to see other people having trouble with their Robo's... I've done exactly the same as you,
updated my laptop to a new Vista one and havent used the blasted Robo since, Graphtec have sent me a new setup disc but that hasnt worked, when I ask it to cut
it says the controller isnt installed, I've tried everything to no avail!! what do Graphtec mean by 64 bit machine? how do you know if thats what
you've got? to be honest I'm a bit miffed that I hadnt had mine long and the new ones now have the new software already in them... arghhhhhhhhhhh!! I
refused to buy it on principle, and also just know that when I try and install it it wont work properly!!! I feel that the whole Robo experience has been a
bit of an expensive mistake, would you let me know how you get on please.. dont know if you can pm me
