That's the problem though - how do you KNOW before you buy? I buy on Ebay occasionally and if I'd seen that entry I would have thought it was OK. Based
in UK, accepts paypal, 100% feedback as a seller, not even a neutral remark, been around since June 07 and doesn't push up the prices on postage! Deals in
nearly new items so that explains multiple copies. It's very confusing!

well i always buy my cds from ebay have done for yrs and will always buy from there i have to go by what i can afford and they have always been genuine

I don't have a lot to spend on Craft goods ,but I save up till I can afford to buy from Joanna, at least I know I have the real thing and with Free P+P who

I have bought and sold craft items on ebay plus sold other items to do with our business and have only once been @had' but the biter was bitten himself!! I
wanted a Cher CD, saw one, checked the feedback etc and the seller said it was genuine. So paid via paypal. When two weeks later it still hadn't arrived
and no reply to my emails from the seller I put in a dispute and got my money back. I then had very abusive emails from him and the CD finally arrived in an
old white envelope taped around the CD which was a copy!! Reported him to ebay together with copies of the abusive emails and that was him gone:lol

Well done Lynn! The dispute I've started is for less than £5 and normally I would have just written it off but I decided to make a stand....... if we all
caved in, the people who are up to no good on ebay would never get sent to the naughty step would they?

I do buy sometimes off ebay, but after being stung once with a copy CD, I email the seller now to ask if the cd is genuine, when they say yes, I reply explaining why I am asking this but that once the cd arrives if its fake or I can prove its fake can I have a full refund, I would then only proceed with sellers that reply yes (I keep the email), so far on the few CDs I have bought off ebay since they have all been genuine. If the sellers says no or doesn't reply then I wouldn't bother bidding. |

I have all joanna's cd' dvd's and three of them came in plasic enverlopes with a seal no fancy cases like today i only buy from joanna and c-c. So
if i where to sell them witch i wont they might be classed as fakes Dianej

I have sold some of my Joanna cd's on ebay and I'm genuine so please don't tar everyone with the same brush. My reasons were to raise some much
needed cash not because I wanted to part with them.
I do agree that ebay needs to police this sort of thing a lot better though not sure how they would do so with so many cd/dvd type sales going on. I'm fairly sure this lady's selling fakes and I hope she gets what she deserves because its unfair on the genuine people if she doesn't. Karen |

I feel a bit of a fool because one of these cd's from northseaauctions was my 1st ebay purchase!! I feel very wary now especially as the Joanna Sheen
online shop gives free postage!! Well we all have to learn don't we!!

I have a cd from joanna and will probably be listing it on ebay the next time they have a cheap listing day.... i've printed some images when I first got
it.... but never used them..... i'm happy with my penny black stamps... more pennies to put towards the new 2008 collection...so why shouldn't someone
else get the benefit of my cd.... better then just having it sat on the work bench colecting dust.... happy crafting!! Amanda

I was searching for some stamps on google and thought hey I'll pop the sellers name in and guess what came up .....

Maybe it's purely coincidence but she also bought a pack of 100 Full Face Ink-Jet Printable CD's on the 20th November. Now you know why she didn't have the original cases and why the CD's were in such excellent condition. Pity she wasn't caught earlier as between the Joanna Sheen CD's and Glenda Waterworths she must have made a few thousand pounds.

Sorry but I never buy off ebay (A) I like to know that what I buy is genuine and (B) that I will recieve it. I know a lot of you buy on ebay but to me it was
bound to be used for fraud etc. some people are just so greedy nowadays that they don't seem to care who they rip off. I hope for all concerned that this
stops soon can't begin to think how much trade you've all lost after putting in the hard work to produce these CD's.
