My sister has had an order with them since the 12th Novemeber and has e-mailed and telephoned several times trying to get some response (he has promised to send dies 3 times now) money taken from her account - no dies. Today she has again telephoned and the number is unobtainable. Please be aware of this Company. Hope I haven't upset anyone posting this on here but firms like this should not be in business. Arghhhhhhhhhhh!!! Sandra

I emailed them 3 times and still no reply. They of course has taken the £££s and I have ask google checkout to help but ... not looking good !! Yes, I was told that their 0870 has been discconnected as well. Hmmmm... Very upset and annoyed here !!

I have spoken to Paul and I have now received this morning 2 out of 3 of my dies (the other one he said he will post today). The lady that took the call said they has not been able to receive email from google checkout which is where I sent the email from and google checkout has not been able to resolved the problem yet. Anyway, at least I have got my dies and I may order some more (the words ones) and I will probably speak to him first beforehand. I was also told that now the 0870 is working. Thanks again.

I ordered a die on the 11th March, payed £££'s and then waited, waited and waited. Tried to call, just the engaged tone for 2 weeks, then finally got through so left a message to contact me. Still nothing after 2 days. So tried one final time, and got through to a woman who was very helpful, explaining she would get Paul to call me back!! Surprise surprise, he did call saying he would send out another die recorded delivery that night, and guess waht I recieved it the very next day. Not a very reliable source to buy from, luckily you can buy them on a lot of craft websites now. So don't give up just be persistent, also call outside the hours it states to ring.
