The first time I saw a Tilda last year I thought 'what on earth is that! Yuk' ......just grew to love them the more and more I saw of the cards people had made with these stamps

The Stamp Forum I am a member of here in Sweden had a competition last year in October- November. There were 13 card challenges all in all. There were 7 groups, and about 4-5 in every group. Each group called them selves a name, like "the Card-iologists" or "Ink Army" etc.etc. And all of us voted, first for the ones to go to the final, and then for the final. And there were only Tilda Stamps in every challenge! For 6 weeks I voted for the darn things and in the end I got so fed up with them, that I couldnt see the beauty in any of them, nor in the techniques they had used to make the cards with. And then when Joanna said she had got hold of Tilda stamps, I almost fell of my chair, thinking "oh no, Tilda is haunting me",lol. So no, I can hardly say I like them. But I do know, that the people here in Sweden loves them because they are so grateful to colour in. And the favoured medias to colour in here in Sweden are Distress refillers, they use them as watercolour, and promarker pens. Eva x

I'm so amazed how you can make so many different cards from those in my opinion not inspiring stamps. Good luck to everyone hooked on Tilda and enjoy your stamping. Karin xx
