Anyway, whilst I was getting my lunch in M&S, picked up some ready made pancakes for an afternoon snack in the office and some ready done pancake mix for when I get home! So, who else is having pancakes and how are you making them? Paul x

She wants them with chocolate spread so we have agreed on a trip to Tesco after school to get some. Will be homemade - I don't do mixes and shaker bottles of batter as i like to know what goes into our food (lots of food allergies in our family) and Maia will be helping to make the batter so they may possibly be a bit crunchy if she gets hold of the eggs Enjoy your afternoon snack, Paul Jo xxx

Just add water and shake. Anybody trying this particular one, add more water than they say, or they turn out a bit thick. Then sugar and lemon juice.
