Thanks for all the lovely comments but if I'm honest - I wouldn't do one again with fluted edges on each page - I found it quite hard to do all the
embossing - hands kept cramping up from gripping the ball tool and it was constantly slipping out of the groove and into the next line.
Also quite hard to make sure you get the fluted edge embossed completely in the groove - some of the indentations ended up shorted than the others where I missed them - despite going over each part twice. Plus it was very fiddly to cut out - the embossing & cutting I did yesterday evening - lots of breaks to rest the hands! Methinks the next one will have straight edges! And no, I don't have any problems with the boards or my hands normally. But I like the end result so I guess it was worth it! C xx |
