I had no idea this thread had ever been started 'til I saw Joanna at the trade show just this week!!

So thank you everyone, I'm sure it was all your positive vibes that got me back on my feet . I wasn't being rude and ignoring you all, but while I was ill, I just couldn't do anything.

I actually had several nasty infections, the worst one being a chest infection that I'm still not fully recovered from. The doctor insisted that I have at least a week of bed rest otherwise I would get pneumonia or pleurisy! Tonight on the way home, there was a plastic crate in the middle of the road, so I got out and moved it and had to fight with the high winds and when I got back in the car, my chest was burning, so I know I have to take it easy for a while yet.

Unfortunately Adrian came down with a flu type bug at the same time, only the second time I can remember that we have both been so ill at the same time. I was desperately stressed out by the timing because this happened just two weeks before the big annual trade show in the british craft industry and I had to watch my new catalogue deadline go whooshing by.

So I probably went back to work too soon because there was just so much needed to be done and the backlog that builds up when both company directors have unplanned sick leave is unbelievable. I'm sure anyone who is self employed knows exactly what I'm talking about!

Anyway, we're back from the trade show and I feel better than I have done in weeks. We had a good show, so I finally feel like I can relax and maybe even get down to visit the Harrogate show this weekend - visiting a show, but not working will be a real treat for me!

So thank you all again, your well wishes really are appreciated.
