O.K maybe not love, but quite a while back there was an ad that I used to enjoy, it was the where an elephant meets a man who, as a lad, had teased him with
his last Rollo, the elephant remembers & thwacks him around the chops

Oh, the Boots one at Christmas with the funky music and the Boardroom was turned into a hair salon. That music was used to great effect in my Daughters school
play when the female reindeers sashayed on to the stage flicking their hair and batting their eyelashes.

I'd forgotten all about the rollo one, it was hilarious right
enough. I quite like the Irn Bru ads, especially when the ole granda takes his dentures out to take a sip from his grandson's can, then the little boy
doesn't want it back.

I cant remember what they were advertising but various children were saying what they would like to be when they grew up and the very last little boy says in
this deep voice "I want to be a SLUG"!!! xxx sue xxx

Oh Sue - I loved those ones and quite often tell the children "I want to be a tomato" in a whiny voice when their whining gets on top of me - must
try the slug next because the tomato is wearing a bit thin.

I like the car symphony using car parts - Ford I think, and the Skoda made from cake and other edible goodies. There are some awful car ads, but these and the
dancing car too, are very good. Janet

I am not usually very keen on ads but I do think that the ones for I think it is for sony are great. There was one which lasted almost 5 min with loads of
coloured balls bouncing down the empty streets. Then the one with the explosions of coloured paint covering a block of flats (my daughter says it was filmed in
Glasgow just before they demolished the flats) and the latest one the relay of colours, balloons, carpets etc. folllowing one after the other. I think that
they are really clever.

Mine has to be the 'Honda choir' the one where they make the sounds of the car doing different things.............now that was brilliantly thought
out, the other one is the car made out of cake..........just love what they used for the oil.... |
