My finished cross stitch kit |
Lead | |
|
I have finally finished my first cross stitch, it`s only taken me 7 years, although 5 or more years it`s been sat in a cupboard. I am glad to have finally
finished it now. What do you think ? .

It's beautiful. Well done.
I have to own up to having a half-finished one, probably "sevenish" years old too. Sheila W. |

Lovely! You must have a huge sense of satisfaction. I see you're new - have we welcomed you? I don't remember seeing a thread but my forum visits have
been a bit sporadic of late! Just in case - welcome to the forum

My new one turned up. But it`s 11 count aida, the one i just done is a 28 count cloth fabric. I prefer the smaller stitches it makes the finished article look
better, only i have looked about and on ebay and what i want seams to be very hard to find. I want something about 8 or so inches in size and about a 28 count.
I am a beginner but i prefer a cross stitch like the one i have just done. I dont want it to cost me a fortune either, the one i dont only cost a couple of
quid. I went to The Range where i live and they have cross stitch there and they cost a fortune. I have looked on ebay again and found a couple of 17 count
cross stitch kits, so they will just have to do for now until i can find something better.
