So tell my why you are happy today??? I am happy today as I am on a business trip to India and today is a holiday here, so I will have a chance to catch up with my emails. Yeah, well, I know that doesn't sound so enticing, but I am hoping to finish mid-afternoon and then go to the pool with a good book I'm reading right now. I'm also happy as I will be travelling home on Saturday, so just two more nights and I will be home in familiar surroundings. I am happy as I am going to the NEC next weekend. Well, to be honest I could go on and on and on, there are so many things in life to be happy about. Family, friends, Sheenies - the list is endless. What about you? Winnie x

Posts: 15608 (06/03/2008 09:36:14) Administrator Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	I'm just happy - I'm lucky in that I have quite large stores put by of happiness so even when it's a bad day - I can transfer a wee bit over (lol) nah life is good - I love my crafting, love being in Devon rather than a war torn country or stuck in the middle of somewhere yukky - and love my little dog who is faithfully lying across my feet with one ear on the fridge in case anyone is going near the cheese - always worth checking (I wonder if he was a mouse in a former life) have a happy happy day everyone smiles Joanna

Posts: 4810 (06/03/2008 10:06:48) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	I'm happy cos we've had a big talk and all is well, though hubby's workplace has given us a horrendous (understatement!) time for months. It's good to talk, but not always easy to remember it is. Also got some new crafty goodies, so having fun experimenting. My feathered friends are singing lovely songs while enjoying their brekkies and the waves are gently landing on the beach without a hurry in the world. The cat's asleep, the house is warm, food cupboards full and despite our grotty weather at times, am a happy wee soul to live in such a beautiful part of the world. I have a crafting hobby that gives such pleasure and through which have a wonderful trusty friend in Shetland who's seen me through thick n thin lately. Yep ... I'm happy. Susan

I am happy because I am just about to eat a lovely soft scone with scrummy raspberry jam. The jam is made at a local farm. I also have a daft cat but this one hates cheese and nearly everything that can be classed as human food (except the very best of chicken and tinned tuna in brine); he only really likes cat food. I am happy becaue I have a job that I like and some lovely people to work with. Lastly, I am really, really, happy because I sold a card yesterday made from a Helping Hands template - for, wait for it, £10.00!

Had a wonderful day yesterday at our church coffee morning when we took £114. Makes the work worthwhile. Did lots of quilling in the afternoon, well collected up all the bits I do in the evenings and turned them into flowers. Then got some brand new (to me) free to download quilling patterns. Had my stitches in elbow trimmed (the ends) so another hurdle over. Think there's quite a lot there to make me happy. Eileenxx \|

I'm happy just to see this Happy thread filling up. I'm happy because it's my Hubby's Birthday today, one of three so far that we thought he might not have had 3 and a half years ago! He also walked around the garden and said nice things. It was a nice morning as he'd lost his second wife about 4 weeks ago so this was a different time in his life with his previous wife. I't sunny now so i'm going to walk my best friend who never says anything bad......can be very stubbon though......doesn't like to walk on a lead. Off to see if there are any more lambs about. We are a late dale for lambing Happy days# oldbee.
