At the end of Jan. ordered more than 3 items from c and c and was charged over £10 postage.
I photocopied the inveoice and wrote on the bottom of it that it should only be £6.90.
Just had a phone call this morning from a lady at Ideal World, saying they are going to
credit me with £5 when I next place an order. Isn't that lovely?

I had a couple of issues with some orders and got so much help and assistance from one of the Customer Services ladies, I felt compelled to write and praise
her to her manager!!

Great news Jen, glad you got your refund. I have never personally had a problem with them ever, always got my orders within the stated time, some arrived just
2 days after I ordered them.

I was charged postage on a free postage day. I emailed, they wrote back within 24 hours and the full amount was credited back to my credit card.

I've been a C&C member since May last year - still have not
received my badge, even though I've written to them and spoken with a Customer Advisor. Don't think I'll renew my membership anyway, when I want
something is usually out of stock and anyway there are so many "Virtual Shops" out there - why pay the postage anyway. I love Joanna's site and
there is no P & P, this way I can buy the smallest quantity and if I like it - buy more. Disappointed that Joanna doesn't do her workshops anymore,
really, really, really wanted to go to one.
