Oh you lucky people who are losing weight. I need to lose 3 stone and would like to lose as much as possible before August when we go to Italy. Tried all the
diets - WW, Atkins, Fruit & Fibre, GI etc, etc. Decided the only way forward is by portion control and have resorted in buying a diet plate which outlines
the portion size of different foods (completely mad I know) Hubby said 'whatever next' (or words to that effect!). Fingers crossed that this will work
- it doesn't show a portion size for chocolate lol.
