Posts: 1179 (15/03/2008 12:05:03) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Tags : None Had a fantastic day at the NEC yesterday, and was made more special when I met a lot of the Sheenies, it's so nice to put faces to all the names. Hope you all got what you wanted and a bit more too. It took us ages to get home as there was a bad accident on the M5. Finally arrived home at 9.15 after leaving at 9am both very tired but extremely happy. Off to have a quick play now before my friend arrives at 2pm. then it will all have to wait until Tuesday after OH has gone back to work. We are going to my grandson's party tomorrow, he will be 4. My friend who is coming today is now a keen cardmaker too. I kept telling her to buy 1 of Joannas cds. She finally bought 1 it was the Fashion Boutique and since then she hasn't stopped talking about it and can't wait to get her hands on some more of Joanna's cds. Bye for now. Hugs, Judith.x

I met so many lovely people but sadly there were one or two there whom I didn't get to speak to and whose names I didn't get. It was lovely to be able to put so many names and faces together. Unfortunately I had to leave early so I missed out on meeting lots of people. I had quite a slow journey home and although the heart was desperate to have a play with the (few) goodies I had bought, the body just wasn't up to it. I kept falling asleep in the chair and in the end I was in bed by 9 and out like a light until this morning. Today my husband has taken our son out for the day and my daughter is in France so I have the house to myself and am having a good time playing with my stamps and the CD I got for Mothers Day Dawn PS I expect Lavendar will be able to tell me if I met you

There was a group I didn't get to say hello to - hope to put that right next time! I was a bit hesitant at first as I am shy but I am glad that I joined in. I also said a quick hello to Joanna and was pleased that I plucked up the courage to do that! I have had a little play with some of the bits I bought at the show which was mainly paper, flowers ribbons and embellies

What a nice Mum and daughter Lavenda and her little girl are! We always seem to bump into each other! We met quite a few of the craft presenters. We had quite a long chat with Jayne Nestorenko. Such a nice gentle, easy to talk to lady, always willing to share her crafting tips. The Pinflair lady was lovely too! Sara and co ( Crafters Companion ) were really down to earth too. Sharon was her usual bubbly self, Couldn't believe how alike Mother and daughter Laura are! As always it was a joy to meet our very own Joanna and Richard. I feel I have Known them forever and it was great talking to them! We got there as the show opened and got home about six pm. My legs and feet are still aching but I would do it all again tomorrow if I could afford to!!!!! Look forward to seeing you all again in November! Luv Jen.
