If anyone wants to copy my designs please feel free to use them, if you have any questions just ask.

Posts: 180 (27/03/2008 14:58:12) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	I am quite curious as to whether anyone here who ordered the POTD craft dvds plus My Craft Studio cds bundle from the other wee, has had their software delivered yet and are they happy ? I didn't buy the POTD as we still have not had any of the problems resolved from when we bought this software when it was a POTD cd on IW back in November 2007. The dedicated website that is meant to be linked from the software to deliver help , updates and downloads is STILL not up and running. Emails and requests for help are met with the same old advice we have had for months now - that is to wait for the launch of the My Craft Studio dedicated forum which will deliver new updates, help etc but it seems they are never to be. If I am made aware from folks here that the ' latest ' version of this software is now doing all the things Stephanie originally promised it would on t - ie 'is an easy to use graphics package' - then I shall have no qualms now about bundling up my original bugged POTD version and sending it back to Stephanie/C&C and insisting on a version of the software that WORKS. I don't particularly want to involve Joanna's forum in discussion of this software again. But Linda has highlighted it again now and I think prospective customers who are perhaps encouraged to buy on the basis of her cards should also be aware that a few folks here and elsewhere bought this softwaret first time round, but have been constantly fobbed off and STILL do not have a version of My Craft Studio that works properly. Posts: 101 (27/03/2008 17:35:29) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	In response to the last post, in all honesty I have now had seven of the My Craft Studio CD-Roms to work with for the purposes of sample making and installed them on three different computers around the house and have not had any major problems with any of them. You can see from the samples the sort of thing I was able to do with them and I found them to be easy to work with. I do not know about any of the issues regarding the web site as I have had no reason to refer to it. I personally eagerly await the next instalment of this program and I am sorry if others have had problems but like anything we buy these days if it does not work go back to the manufacturer or distributor and request assistance or your money back in line with your statutory rights. Here is not the place to discuss such matters, I only posted to show the sort of things I was able to do and share that inspiration with others.

All those beautiful cards...I have made only two cards with the cds... I have played a lot mind you... The football clipart is used all the time though.. Now I must put Meryle's papers to one side and go into the My Craft Studio... Choices Choices Choices..... heheheh Hugs Ida xx

When in fact their software is flawed. Stephanie has stated in public that it is flawed. Your cards are quite possibly seen as an endorsement of this product. I give my comments as a balance. Several other people here messaged me to say they are also continuing to have problems with these cds DESPITE many many requests for assistance from the distributor. Indeed several other people who just received these cds as part of the RECENT POTD on IW have also now posted on other forums to say their version of this cd software is faulty. You say you have had no MAJOR problems. Others have and continue to have despite promises that this software was being sorted . I think this needs highlighting for balance. Posts: 9328 (28/03/2008 15:59:50) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	I have the four seasons and 1 orgingal cd which I have never had any problems with & ( I don`t make samples for these ) so just saying because the issues don`t effect me All I wanted to say is that I think this is not the right place - Joannas forum to dicuss about the problems about the cd when it has nothing to do with this site - I know there is a forum of it`s own for any issues so maybe it would be worth checking it out if you still continue to have problems with the software Suzanne
