i am not knocking the glitter girls i like them they are lovely people and i love there items. BUT i am very cross i ordered an item from them 3 weeks ago
almost i sent a postal order thinking it would come by return of post like Joanna does but when it didn't come i phoned only to be told they had a lot
of paper work and had been busy would i ring the next day this was my third call to them so the next day i ring she still didn't know so i said i would
wait while she looked oh yes they had my money now they would have to send over to the warehouse i said how long will this take well she says it wont be
in the next couple of days it will take at least another week now she says they have been very busy in the shop . what i don't understand is if the
post is going to the shop whats wrong with taking the item of the shelf and posting it . but it still as not come so rang again today got the answering
machine this time i left a message either send the item or return my money sorry about the moan but i am so cross
