issues id payed for l was denied, this l took up with the club ,l recieved a phone call from customer services to say l would be able to view the issues id
payed for,and so l did for sometime, after reading this thread l again treyd signing in to the club to view the issues id payed for and was denied,so im
disgusted and have e mailed cc for an explination, they just cant go back on what they said to me,l did get access so if l did you lot can, maybe if they where
bombarded with e mails we will get somewhere ,l intend to till l get an explination .

must admit, I was tempted loads of times to subscribe, BUT now after reading this I as so glad I
did't.. Feel so sorry for you all for this stress. Like all of us we buy Magazines, but they are our Library, I have some from six years ago, and I know it's a pain to go into them , but they are still here not deleted like that has been, but like you say what can be done? Surely if you have paid for something, it is yours? |

i think as Carol has said that cc have covered themselves in the wording in the description of the membership, knowing they are a big company i expect great
care was taken with said wording because of this same said problem,
i chose the cd version purposefully because of this |

Hi
I was in the same position, and didn't see why I couldn't have access to something I'd paid for. After four emails they sent me a password and code to access the back issues, but don't know if it still works as haven't been on the site for ages. Hope this helps Julie |

l understand what your saying about cc s wording, but l did challenge cc and did have access ,so i think im entitled to an

well ladies and gentlemen,l have recieved a promt reply from cc,quoting there changes there aloud to do and appologies for any
inconvenience it may have caused,no explanation as to why l was given access to what l payed for,so l will e mail again, not a very nice way to treat people as
some may have not had much money, some may have been a presant,l still think cc deserve some ear ache.

I think it's a disgusting way to treat people, like it's been said, you wouldn't expect a person to come to your house
and take back the mags you have bought through subscription...I also don't like the idea of ordering from them online...they say if you haven't taken
your goods from the basket to the checkout in 10 minutes they go back into stock for others to buy...can you imagine shopping at the supermarket and buying
some special offers, someone comes behind you after a set time, and takes them off you and tells you there were none of those left so i am taking yours out of
your trolly/basket,there would be riots.
I am so pleased i was talked out of taking out a c+c membership Marian x |
