Hello - just to add my two penneth - I had the same problem when I was a member. I cancelled and did not get access to prev editions. I joined again (last
year) and got the CD version but due to the poor customer service at the time I cancelled my membership - they are still sending me the CDs! I have emailed
them but no response - so their problem. However, I may have saved some of the templates / projects from when I was a member - I can send them to yor via pm
if that is allowed? Chris. XX

ive had five e mails from cc today all pointing out there terms and condition,one said l should have printed it out,l asked what if l
had no printer no answer,all in all no answer that was acceptable,this issue would need a lot of people to move them,

I've got the cd membership because of this - but I cant say that I've seen any exclusive offers & the postage easts up any discount. Wont be
renewing my membership I'm afraid

well i think they are out of order when they advertise there club on telly they don't say you will only get the mag and be able to read what you have
paid for while you are a member they make it sound like such a bargain how many that ordered the membership read the small print not a lot

well there terms arent worded so you would think oh if l dont renew l wont get access to what ive paid for,it appears they can get away
with what ever they like,but l do hope others will now take note and think carefully about having the mag on line.,there was no option when l joined and it was
sixty odd pounds,well you live and learn.

Thank you so much girls for the comeback , you made me feel as if wasent just me being unreasonable and as i paid £60 in the begining i thought every thin was
ok and i supose like a lot of people i dident read the small print if it was there at that time i dont know and it was a gift from my husband anyway and you
dont really go into much when somebodys got it for you. Lesson learnt the hard way in future read everything first.
