It does no good and no-one here is upset if you want to talk and share. And yes, we all care about you. I was the same and mine goes back 11 years now, but it leaves a sort of 'bruise' that hurts now and then when something touches it! And it can be the simplest or seemingly silliest thing that sets US off! Best thing is, you have come on here and will now be on the way back up soon! Big positive step. You are lucky to have parents and a hubby to help and listen to you - use them and lean on them as much as you need. And give your pets a cuddle! I don't have parents or hubby but I know how good it feels to hug a pet!! So use what (and who) you have and I hope you'll soon feel much happier. An improvement in the weather might help too!
