Posts: 380 (09/04/2008 14:48:46) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Tags : None Hi everyone About 2 weeks ago i ordered on line £70 pounds of craft stuff for which i had saved up for ages from acompany in east sussex well the company dispatched the good but i have not recived anything i rang the company and was told that it was registed and sent on the 3rd april well they gave me the registed number and i rang the post office what a waste of time they did not want to know so i rang the company agian and was told there is nothing they can do so beware happy crafting luv sadiexxx.

Saved up all that money as well! Surely they must have some responsibility for the goods not arriving! They should be able to provide proof of posting to at least get some money back for you, I think you should ring them again and maybe if they are still not helpful mention contacting the tv programme called watchdog. The company have the responsibility to follow this up as they posted the goods the 'contract' is between them and the PO. It's not down to you to sort it out. You could try the PO again and see if you get someone more helpful (service is not what it once was)as they should be able to give you info. if you have the number. What ever you do don't give up - you paid good money and if you don't get the goods you are entitled in law to your money back. Jan
