Had a lovely weekend at Ally Pally and it was great to see so many "sheenies"
Got home around 7 last night, went up to check my emails and the forum, came back down the stairs, slipped halfway down and crash landed on my bum at the
bottom!!!! I now have a nice big bruise on my bottom and back, carpet burns on both elbows and arms and also on my left wrist. Left elbow and hand is slightly
swollen and finding it hard to sit at my desk in the office - things I do to try and get out of going to work!

Poor you - take care and maybe best if tomorrow you stay at home - slips normally produce aches on the 2nd day so something to bare in mind

Arnica cream is good - it helps bring out the bruising.
Hope you are feeling better soon, but yes, a good excuse for not going to work

Seriously I think you should have got checked out by your local A and E, sounds like a nasty fall.

I agree with Sharon, a trip to A&E sounds a good plan certainly your hand and elbow should be looked at, as for the rest of you a quick check over
wouldn't go amiss.
