hi all bought the wizard last july and has only been out the box twice as i have never been able to get it to work , short while ago asked my other half if he
would try it for me and lo and behold as he pulled the handle there was a bang and then it snapped now all in bits . i am feeling so sad when i think what it
cost me . moan over thanks for listening x jennie

i had this with mine get in touch with where you got it as there is a fault with some of them and the handles i had to have mine replaced

Oh no, that seriously sucks!(for want of a better expression). Is there a warranty with it?, maybe there is something you can do to get it fixed that way.
It's such a shame because they are so expensive too, sending a ((((hug)))) anyway,

I have heard that the makers are very good with problems. You could email them at
customersupport@spellbinders.us. The machines have a lifetime warranty. Thought I would add, they are a small company and if they are away at a show it may take a few days for them to get back to you. Alison

i had a problem with my handle too..and they replaced it no problem. phone where you bought it...

I bought the Wizard it has never worked properly and I was very disappointed. I now have the Craft Robo and the Wizard has been put on a shelf. I would love
it to work but it doesnot so will have to put it down to experience.

Jennie I don't know if you bought it from us but surely we can have a go at getting it mended for you? Why not ring Pat on Monday (01626 872405) and see if
she could get a new handle for you or something?
and jacqueline - did you watch the DVD that comes with the Wizard? that's what helped me the most and I am sad that you haven't got the most out of it - as I love the wizard dies - the Craft Robo is clever but it cant emboss like the wizard can which adds so much more texture and life to the die cuts .... if yours didn't come with a DVD (not sure where you bought it) then I could lend you mine? smiles Joanna |
