Yesterday we received our first month's salary slip from the new company, but the pension contribution has not been deducted. We've not been notified or consulted that this would change.
My question is - can the new company just stop paying into the pension scheme? The employer paid 1% and we paid a further percentage.
Sorry for the long winded explanation, but this situation is getting difficult and impossible, and we had been assured nothing would change. All I seem to keep doing at the moment is crying; I'm not sure I can be bothered to fight any longer.
