I only order now when it's free P+P. As luck would have it I ordered some templates on craft day and they arrived last week. I was impressed with their
delivery for once.

Hope you don't mind me jumping in here . I am waiting nearly 3 weeks on an order from C&C and NEVER NEVER NEVER again will I order from them . My money
came out the morning after the order and I am still waiting and I am not phoning to go through to India and spend a fortune on the phone...
Arrrrrrrrrrggggghhhhhhhhhhhh....

I've given up on ordering from C & C as I ordered the double cd offer on the 4 day deal while there was still stock available, the order went through
and I received my order confirmation.... THEN 6 days later they emailed me to say there was a technical difficulty during my order so the order hasn't gone
through. Of course, now the cd's are unavailable so I'm unable to get them.... talk about being angry. I think it's totally unacceptable but
there's absolutely nothing I can do about it. I've lost my chance to own those great cd's and will probably never get another chance. Such is
life!!!! Moan over.

I very rarely order from c&c but when I have I've never had a problem with them on delivery. I can understand though how frustrating it must be when
they have your money and you don't get what you paid for

I wonder if in some ways we are in danger of blaming C&C for delivery problems when the issue should be with the couriers - things coming Royal Mail arrive
quickly, things via the courier don't. I'm pretty sure the delays onmy things were courier problems especially as it was delivered on a Sunday - and
left in a bin as I wasn't in - good job the bin wasn't due for emptying and I wasn't away otherwise the package would have gone walkies to the
dump. That's not C&C - that's the individual working on a self employed basis for parcelnet.
