I do feel for you Lonnie, and hope that he calms down and acts far more maturely in future, it's so unnecessary.

I know how you feel I have student next to me and I have had some really bad ones, the landlord will try and warn them, but when I am woken at 3am, then at 7am
my husband has to go to work, and the little darling next door decide they want to sleep for a few hours, oh no I put the telly on full blast, I have only had
to do it once with this lot but it worked, they do not come in roudy now.

I agree with June, I would stop creeping about when he is sleeping and turn up my music, or start hoovering etc. He can't be much worse than he is now, and
he might get the message. If he seems to be doing it regardless of any warnings from the authorities, then I would play him at his own game. Assuming of course
that he wouldn't turn nasty.......

I agree completely with Carol. Keep records, as detailed as you can. You could always play him at his own game and treat him to loud music while he's on
night shift, but that might be risky if he's the violent sort and anyway, you don't want to descend to his level. Hope you can soon resolve this
problem without suffering any more nuisance. People like this selfish bloke need dumping on a desert island with no transport back.

lived with this for 15 out of the 25 year i have lived here i tried everything i called in the council and the
Environmental Health Officers i was told to keep a record which i did do i even called them out at night all they ever did was send letters which they
took no notice of my advice to you would be go see your MP with your record of the times he plays his music and when it ends and if you can get a letter
from your doctor saying its affecting your health take all this to your MP explain that you feel nothing is being done and he is taking no notice of the
letters being sent your MP should sort it it worked for me best of luck i know what this is like to live with sending you a hug Linda
