but I bet the babies in your avatar would be very happy if you'd dropped them and they could have grabbed them?

You have just reminded me I have 2 cold sausages that the do would love. I forot that I had saved them for him. I am always burning myself. Last week I decided
to swap the oven shelves around after I had heated up the oven. I now have stripey fingers

I can empathise I get such clumsy days, I baked a whole lasagne one day and as I got it out of the oven my hands spasmed and threw it across the worktop lol. I
wonder why morgan is so plump and realised it is probably cleaning up after my mishaps rofl.

My OH has some little pack things that are plastic and filled with "something" - you flex a little round disc inside and they heat up. He uses them
to take to rugby to warm his hands...............
Once used they have to be simmered in boiling water for 10 minutes to reset them................... Yup - left them in the pan, water boiled away, pan full of white foamy stuff and house full of the most awful smell.................................. C xx |

My usual trick is to take a casserole out of the oven (using a cloth) then try to take the lid off with my bare hands. Hope that the fingers are not too sore!!
