I ordered the Pinflair POTD a couple of weeks ago and it was despatched the next day. However, I still haven't received it and was just wondering if anyone else was having the same problem or if you had received it.

Was it the one that you could make your own "innies" & "outies"? If so mine arrived on Saturday morning....hope this helps?

They had just been shoved thru the letter box but no damage thankfully.
Maybe yours will arrive tomorrow..... haven't had a chance to have a good look at it yet either. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you xx |

i didnt order the pinflair, however i did order a kaftan off ideal world, the next day it was showing despatched but it still took 2 weeks to arrive from
saying dispatch. so i wouldnt worry yet. hugs claire xx

I'm still waiting for the POTD Butterfly kit from April. Says despatched 17th April and here we are 5th May!!

Unfortunately Ideal world,QVC, and many catalogue companies use Parcel Net who rely on couriers some who are not very reliable,
the amount of times I have ordered stuff and it has been dispatched by the vendor yet not received is getting ridiculous so I have stopped ordering unless it
comes by royal mail.

My butterfly kit came by Parcelnet and was delivered last Sunday - and left in the recycling bin. I have made a complaint to both Parcelnet and IW.
