Email response is apparently 7 days! I've asked for an answer today - don't expect to get it though. I object to money having been taken from my bank account and I have nothing to show for it. It surely doesn't take a month to send something to me - I could have driven over there in less than an hour (I'm 40 miles from Peterborough). Sorry girls - but I am hopping mad this morning. Jan

I only ask because my son works for another shopping channel and they never take your money until the item has been dispatched. Just wondered if C & C do the same. Anne

I've had stuff sent from Pinflair that has taken 3 weeks to come but it was well worth waiting for. Hope you get a response soon. I've always found that C&C customer services very good after sending an email querying an order, they have usually phoned within 48 hours of getting my email. Ali x

My account stated despatched 9 April. I sent numerous emails but kept getting new tracking numbers for each email. The dresses turned up last Wednesday 30 April and the invoice said despatched 21 April. I was just so relieved they turned up in the end.....and they are lovely lol! Hope you get it sorted soon Jan x

I joined the club, after saying I never would, when the half price offer was on. I chose the CD Version. I can get to see the Online mag but have not received a CD yet or my badge? Don't know how it works! love elaine xx My other goods have always arrived OK and some very quickly, others in reasonable time.

I'm so cross with them at the moment (C&C)- you wouldn't believe. I bet OH is glad he's not in the country so out of firing range Jan xx
