Brace yourslef I am much better. I have been out today for the first time in over 2 weeks. Walked around Witney with no sticks and then went to that big
supermarket with orange bags!!! OK I'm tired but haven't dropped back on the bed yet.
Oh its great to get back to the land of the living (and spending) so watch out Dave - start running
