Another gooseberry bush baby here. Funny, I never questioned the fact that we didn't grow gooseberries in our garden. lol.

From the cabbage patch, I remember my sis howling when she heard Dad say he was going to plant some cabbages - she didn't want any more babies!

All my family were left by the Coop milkman and we helped Mum get her divi. We did find out years later that Dad was a milkman for a while....lol
I always tried to tell my son the truth when he asked. Thought that I had done a really good job until I overheard him explaining to his Dad that boys had a penis and girls had a giro |

Don't know if my parents made this up or if it was a family thing.
Babies are the little baboons on Table Mountain. They roll down the mountain wherupon they loose their hair & tails. An aeroplane picks them up & delivers them to the midwife who brings them in her bag. Proof of the missing tail is the mongolian blue spot seen on non caucasian & mixed race babies. Sometimes they don't have far to roll , these ones are a bit more hairy Is it any wonder I ended up as a midwife with 4 of my own children? EuniceX |
