My youngest daughter used to faint for no reason they could find. It was very worrying but in the end, if she fainted at school, they used to put her in the
nurses room to lie down, call me to let me know, then put her back in class when she felt better. We never did find out the reason for her faints but she is
now 32 and a mother of two with no ill effects. It is very worrying at the time though and I do hope your grandaughter is ok. Lesley xx

Gosh that must have been a tough 10 hours .... hope she's feeling better today - antibiotics are wondrous things hopefully - yes take her a comic and give
her a cuddle with luck that will help a lot
