I have just finished ironing yet more shirts for son and OH for work 
The washing basket never seems to stay empty for long 
Feeling a bit on the warm side now so trying to sit and take it easy for a bit 
Do's card (Twinklidoes) inspired me and I have had a play with my templates for pop out cards. Also made a box for Mums birthday card, finished base for
son's card and just the insert for niece's card to go 
Still very warm here in South Wales. Just rinsed out and filled the bird bath as I think they will be needing a a little dip today

I was out all morning we have a busy Toddler Time at church every Wednesday and I cook lunches for all who want to stay, it was yummy homemade Quiche today,
also do Jacket spuds and salad to go with the quiche, for the liitle ones there is mash with cheese and beans or sausages or quiche if they want it. It is
always hectic for me between 12 and 1pm then I have to clear everything up - do have some wonderful volunteers to wash up for me. Managed to get home just
before 2pm absolutely kn******d, just had a cup of tea and feet up for a while. Have been doing this for the past five years and the money I make goes to
various projects at church, I now have enough to buy and fit an industrial dishwasher in the church kitchen which is being replaced in the summer, so all the
work will have been worth it.
Andrew (son) is really down in the dumps today after being dumped by his girlfriend yesterday, just can't seem to get through to him at the moment, but if he doesn't buck up soon he will be getting a few sharp words from me!! sympathy only goes so far and it is too nice a day to be so moody. Out again tonight at a meeting!!! Can't wait for Friday when hopefully with be able to have a day to myself Kate x

well ive been in garden trying to put up gazzebo all them poles
 its two
man job but ive managed to get it up felt like mary poppins at time
you just watch it will rain now just had to stop and make drink

At work too, until 5.30, then going to the hairdressers, then home for tea, then might have a walk round the lake in the nearby park, just to get a bit of
exercise as I am sitting down at a computer most of the day.

I have been out in the sun,with family earlier,opened my cards and pressies and now going to have a nice tea with my mum,brother and my friend Emma. Also
wondering what the pressie on the counter is lol

Have finished all the cards now. OH has just called and asked if I want to go for a walk to a local park where all the azaleas are in bloom at the mo. He had a
new camera for his birthday and has taken hundreds of pics!

just finished tidyup the stock room, having a quick bite to eat then my friend is coming round for coffee later and getting kicked out at 9pm just in time for

WEnt to see a friend at her shop, then Aidan (who is off this week) picked me up and we went for a long pub lunch. Came home to a lovely parcel from Nancy ...

Friend came for coffee and natter this afternoon. She is an ambulance controller and works shifts so I haven't seen her since the beginning of March. Then
she drove me to my hospital appointment and we carried on nattering.
Not that I talk much.......................
