sorry to moan, but I need to let of steam. On the 22/4 I ordered broadband from Pipex. Router arrived in 5 days, however they did not activate the account
until the 30th. After numerous phonecalls to a premium rate number where I was told on ringing customer services to ring technical support to be told to ring
customer services, I resulted to emailing them from my work email, yep you guessed it whilst I can access my pipex account and see that they have invoiced me
on the 30th, first month is supposed to be free!!! huh. as of the 6th of may, after another 7 phonecalls of going round and round in circles they finally
agreed to open a fault report, I gave them 24 hours to fix it, as of yesterday afternoon it was still not fixed I had still had no contact from them so I sent
a cancellation email.
This morning I receive and email, agreeing I can cancel because of the error of not communicating with me of charging me before they should and not providing the correct service, I am told to cancel I have to ring you got another premium rate number. I didnt I got on the saynot to premium rate numbers and got hold of someone who gave me yet another email adress. what is it with this company, why can their departments not communicate with each other.
I stupidly put the monthly payments on my credit card, never again, as to stop payment I have had to cancel the credit card, and get a new one issued, which takes 7 to 10 to come through.
Why me!!!
