I was just wondering if any of you Sheenies actually keep the paper you buy to make cards, because it's too nice to cut up!! I have a stash in a drawer
that I take out now and again, think how lovely it is, stroke it, then put it back in the drawer!!! Is there any hope for me!!?

No hope whatsoever. I guess most of us on here have the 'disease'. That's the beauty of CD-roms - you can print out as much as you like.

oh yes i am shocking i am a tight crafter i save every tiny bit of card thats an off cut even if its only an inch or so for punching or stamping i have loads
of stuff thats to nice to use i save everything even foil that comes out the marge tubs any nice boxes i have even cut tissue boxs where the hole is to make
frames all acetate packageing i reuse i save all cards that are given to me anything i can take of and reuse. i do i make new cards from old ones and i sell
them at 50p to the oaps or sometimes mums buy them cheap ones for there children when the childern go to birthday partys
i ask all family and friends to save everything even cds i use anything and every thing as a use |

I've stopped buying paper! Now only print off something I want to use.
Used to hoard it and only take it out to stroke!!

It's not that I don't want to use them - I put them away and forget about them - usually print off my backing papers as I need and forget about my
stash.

Snap!! I just take it out to look at it and gently stroke it, then pack it all away again!!! Have been Known to use it in scrapbooking - after all my
scrapbooks don't leave me.

I don't think so Mags. I mean why would you spend all that money just to give those lovely papers away - you would have to Cut into them!!!

The remedy that works for me is to buy 2 of each paper you like, then when you use 1 you still have the other in your stash. If it's the last 1 I can't
bear to use it. I think we are all the same.

My OH thinks I'm mad when I find just the right piece of paper or card and then say "oh, I can't use that - it's too nice!" Only one or
two very special people get the seriously strokeable paper!

ive got loads of Anna Griffin papers and i just sit and look at it....Colin keeps asking when i am going to use it!! how dare he its there to look not use!!

I didn't know you were supposed to actually USE it!! I use printed off from cd papers and stuff from junk mail and bits from kits but special papers - kept
for at least 2 years before cutting even a tiny bit. I still have a sheet of irridescent glitter card I bought over 10 years ago - when there was hardly
anything arounnd for crafters!! Janet

I keep mine in all my lovely Boxes and when i feel a crafting fix coming on I get them out sort through them and put them all neatly away and when i want to
make a card i just get out my Cd's and print my kids think i am barmy collecting paper and now flowers and ribbon oh and luxury card and er stamps and er
boxes to keep em in and so on and so on Oh! dear i do hope i have not got the addiction virus that is spreading through JS forum maybe one day someone will
make the antidote a credit and debit card free world
