Can anyone recommend any good craft shops in York please, going tomorrow and I'm looking for a set of nestabilities and a corner rounding punch! Thanks.

We went to York last year. but I didn't see any craft shops. OH managed to find guitar shops though!!! Not very helpful I know. Had a great time
though, and want to go back so will be interested to see if there are any shops there. Have a good time Love Linda

Hi
The Range is really good it's a big place and sells all sorts of different things. If you go to the Range web site it will give you directions. There is a Paper Mill shop in the Designer Outlet Village on the A64. Don't know about the center of York because we are quite new to the area ourselves. But the Shambles is very nice and I think there is one down there. Have a nice day York is lovely. Regards Jenny |

There is a super one on Goodramgate I think it is.

There's a Lakeland. And then near the Minster - the road to the right as you face the main West End there's a craft shop and there's another one
near Bootham Bar - the road to the right as you face the gate.
Agree that the shop on Goodramgate is also good - but is only stamps. Have a good day. Liz |

the stamp shop is really good - in Goodramgate but only for stamps. There is a craft shop that has a wide range of things just outside one of the gates but I
can't remember which one - I think it is the one near the art gallery.

HI, only just seen thread, there are a few some already mentioned like the Range which is at Monks Cross (out of town shopping centre), also the Paper Mill at
the Design Outlet (A19) centre. There are also:
Fat Freddie's Warehouse, on Boroughtbridge Road turn right at lights by Anstie Pub - A59. (think they do cuttlebug - not wizard) The (can't remember it name) in Gillygate - Botham Bar - not far from Minister Also one in Foss Gate - can't remember that name either. Also Lakeland on Ousegate Also Boyds in Goodramgate but think there are scaling down n there craft range . Have fun in York on your day out, would have meet you, but packing to go away tomorrow.
