pleased some of u are having ago at making the lemonade scones they really are so easy and taste great, especially if u live in Cornwall and can put strawberry
jam and thick cornish cream on them ha ha, and because they are so quick if unexpected visitors turn up u can whip up a batch in no time

Anne, if u did not live so far away i would come and help u eat them ha ha it is a good recipe isn't it and once tried and u see how easy they are u

Do i just mix all these things in a bowl then roll out, i've never made scones before.
Would these be ok for someone who has diabetes? Marian x |

hi Marian, yes mix all together, i do not roll out i just take a small handful and quickly shape into a scone, the mixture makes 12 lovely scones, not sure on
the diabetes i am afraid, the lemonade would have sugar in it but perhaps someone on the forum who is diabetic could help u, i hope so as u are missing out on
a treat ha ha ha
