The Gallery Glass is great for making things to stick onto Patio doors too! Stops birds flying into them a little and they really DO peeloff and on too!
We've had a big butterfly on for 2-3 years and it hasn't faded! I got a lot of my Gallery Glass stuff off ebay!
I think that a lot of Americans were on because it was a special 30th Craft Day, old guests. Donna and Carol haven't been on for ages until now. Their kits were pricey though!
I bought the Once Upon A Time Scrapbook Kit, which I have wanted for a while and it was a great price! Then from the Clearance section, Last Clicks, bought some Rub'n'Buff for £10, for 6 tubes! I want to do some 'Distressed' furniture in France and this should be great for that. Already had the gold, so will be set up now!
Waiting for Joanna's CD now! My friend is getting it for me as I won't be here. love elaine xx |

I am getting more and more disappointed with QVC. They whizz through the demos and whenever I find something I am interested in and have it in my shopping
cart, it sells out and then they stop demo-ing it, what good is that to those that have bought it? I keep reminding myself that this is a shopping channel,
they are there to sell, then I realise that they have got me caught up in all the hype and I delete it from my cart! Mind you, its taken me a while to get to
that stage, been watching for a while, spent a lot but have now stopped! I record it now and instead of them whizzing through the programme, I do!!! Now,
C&C is different, but I don't order from them either since they changed their website, and Joanna is far best to buy from if possible. x

I got bored even only half watching it and switched off at lunchtime.
I have more than a few donna & Carol kits in the loft ready for "one day" The smell of gallery glass paint while wet makes me feel queasy/headachy so one day is a long way off and will need a really special project to warrant it. |

I have a load of Gallery Glass stuff stashed in the cupboard, does the paint keep OK? I used it and the pretend lead to make a stained glass picture on the
conservatory door. It's still there and the colours haven't faded, might get it out and do a border along the top of the windows. I bought the kit
with a Tiffany style lamp shade to decorate, wonder where that is

I didn't really watch it.
I had tons of the gallery glass stuff and small bits are still on some windows, although i got rid of a lot of the made up bits and have given away all my paints. Elaine just watch that butterfly as if the sun hits the window it can make it quite brittle and a pain to try to remove, colour never fades though |

Watched 5 mins here and there but I get fed up with seeing the same old things on there, and its always pink and green and flowery!!!

l enjoyed craft day on qvc,tho it was very rushed not good,as im a osci onestroke instructor it was nice to see Donna Dewberry back, she will be on again 30th
september, her paint kits to me as a painter are reasonable compared to other artists prouducts the kits are worth it,l bought the hd paint kit,Donna and Carols
products l thought where a refreshing change from DBs shows, usualy l personaly find the folkart paint appears to go off after two to three years l have loads
of gallery glass which does where very well l am still using the glass paints four plus years later.

I too enjoyed Craft Day and personally thought it was well balanced.
By the way, I think you'll find they have to stop demos of items once they are sold out for legal reasons and not through choice. The demos were fast but then I think they are aware that most people record the programmes and therefore assume that these can be played over and over and the information taken from the use of the pause button. I really enjoyed seeing Donna Dewberry.....can you believe she devised that technique over 25 years ago?! Amazing! She has her imitators who don't always apparrently give credit to Donna for teaching them... but the original is still the best! Thank you Ann for letting us know Donna will be back in September......am off to mark the calendar! |

I bought the crop-o-dile which I had been looking for. But didn't succumb to anything else - and didn't really watch a lot either.

I put it on but more and more I find I'm not taking any notice and the hour has gone. I have always found it useful to see what is new out and to keep in
touch with prices, but it must be getting harder to show something original as we have all become such addicts and the market is swamped. I suppose we are
getting harder to please.Ali x

I enjoyed the hour at 8.00 p.m. but the prices for some of the kits are getting ridiculous and too much of a muchness.
Like Liz, I did buy the crop-o-dile, but not until next morning. Cjhristine xx |
