Now I have set wheels on motion I feel absolutely exhausted, so I am going to log off for the night now and will try to have an early night. The meds seem
finally to be kicking in and altthough I feel very exhausted I think that the rest is doing me good. I had a miserable flare up of a recurrent health problem
probably due to stress and trauma. Hopefully that will now begin to subside as long as I listen to my body again. Thank you for all your support and
encouragement. X
