too hot to sleep tina. went to bed last night or morning at 02.00 and still awake at 05.00. i was so tired but just could not fall asleep. i think it is going
to be the same tonight, feel very tired but its so hot. i do have air conditioning in my bedroom.
why am i happy, well i am half way through the spring cleaning. i think i only need another 2 days to do the rest so that is a bonus. i am grateful i am not at work, we have no air conditioning on my ward. love june |

I'm happy as I have had a telephone call with an aunt on Sunday night and a cousin last night who I'd lost contact with for about 16 years.

I am very happy today.
BIL has been to see his consultant and his cancer has responded to treatment and gone from 2 to 1. Not sure what it means other than it is very good news. Also I have been to the doctors and joined the weight managment programme. Not sure what it entails but just signing up to it has lifted a weight off my shoulders and has given me the kick up the a**e that I need to shift my excess bulge. I have 4 stone to get rid of but today I really feel that I can do it - I have also got a physio appointment sorted, so perhaps he can sort me out and I can start to excercise again. And finally I am sat at my desk eating my lunch and the sun is straming through the window. Sarah xxx |

I am happy cuz it looks like I wont have to work til Sunday, I have finished the wedding invites, and all the cards needed for the rest of this month, so I can
now look forward to the arrival of my first order of tassels and flora doodles, and if the order arrives as they have in the past I should get them tomorrow so
I can start to play, wooppee!!!!!
