So I've supplied the item number, their customer order number, my membership number, the date I ordered, the order is recognised on their auto phone line order checker but they've no trace of it. Huh - so why have they charged my credit card and also delivered the other item that was on the same order. I'm sooooo mad with them I will never order anything again. Trying to talk to them is just near impossible TJ
