Who I still talk to in the house ( opps white coat van outside !!!) I got myself a new cat from the cat protection league, her name is Abbey she has had a hard life but she is so sweet and I think you will agree with me that its hard to believe that people could do such a thing. I have tried to put her pic on her but as yet the system wont let me BUT if you look at my images I have a few pics of my sweet little girl Abbey. She has the sweetest face you have ever seen and is ever so playful, we have scrunched up paper balls all of the place , mainly under the sofas Please see my new sweetheart Marc Last Edited By: katrina 14/05/2008 23:01:57. I bet she thinks she's died and gone to heaven having someone to love her and care for her. I have two rescue cats and they are so affectionate despite having been beaten, starved and abandoned. We are very lucky to share our lives with creatures that are so resilient. I'd love to see Abby playing with the balls of paper. My two tend to attack the furniture instead! I am so pleased you have given her a home. How can people be cruel to animals? It makes me really angry. Thank goodness you went along to rescue her. I'm sure she'll repay you many times over. I don't have a camera so can't put a thumbnail on of mine but one is a lovely fluffy tortoiseshell (Imagine Mistral is a Tortie and you'll get the idea as she also has that ruff down her front and framing her face) the other is black with one front leg missing but she is still a beauty and has eyes like headlamps. Our animals repay our kindness a thousand fold don't they? Shoestring, Minerva and Roxanne (Roxy and Minnie) x
