Now, can you eat beetroot (I hate it personally) because after each chemo session, if you have some, it helps rid the body of the toxins. Have plenty of soda water handy, you may get hiccups which is a bit of a side effect and soda seems to help. Don't worry if you feel down a bit a day or two after the chemo, its normal and you will soon bounce back. And as everyone else says, get a fab wig, you can hardly see the difference nowadays.

My hairdresser hasofferd to come with me next week for a wig which is great as she knows my hair better than anyone else. Will keep you posted. All I can say is THANK GOD FOR CARDMAKING!!! Its the only thing that is keeping me sane along with my ll year old daughter (hubby is not coping at all and is in denial) Janet M
