like everyone has said take it day by day give yourself 1 task to do each day write down how you are feeling and maybe then you can understand why you have these days,i was told to do this years ago when i suffered depression and awful anxiety bouts,i can honestly say writing things down helped loads,meds can take up to 4 weeks to kick in BIG hugs and loads of love to you Wendy xxx |

Thank you all so much for you kind words and advice........feeling much better today...(yesterday was the most awfull day I had so far)....even got the
bedsheets in the washing machine
 I might even try and do some
crafting.............but that looks unlikey cos I need to tidy up my craft room somewhat fed up falling over stuff evertime I want to go to bed

Glad you are feeling a tad brighter today Jackie. Don't know about you but the weather has a lot to do with how you are feeling - it was really
depressing here yesterday - and even I felt a bit duh, particularly as I was back in winter clothes! Feel a lot brighter today with a wee bit sun shining.
(of course it could be due to the fact that my missing craft bits have turned up!) Hugs Mags |
