I've had vertigo again for the past few days and today I had to go to the doctor. Yesterday it was really bad and I couldn't bend down without falling
over. I've got some tablets which I have to take for the next couple of weeks and then see the doctor again. So this week I'm not going to be doing
much h********k I'll just play with my new CD.

Sorry to read about your vertigo Hazel, sounds pretty miserable to me. Mind you, I do think you are doing the right thing just sitting quietly with your new
cd. I do hope you get well soon.

Hi Hazel, sorry about your recent attack. When I went to the doctor in December, she told me to make very slow movements, and to act like royalty. Let everyone
chase after you. If you drop something, let someone else pick it up. So on really bad days, I'll put on my t-shirt that has "Princess" written on
it, and I become a princess for a day. So Queen Hazel, what is your wish, your subjects are waiting.

my friend gets it really bad well what an excuse not to do h/w go play with your cd and enjoy!! hope tablets kick in soon and you are loads better wendy xxx |

sorry to hear about your vertigo.i dont know if i suffer with that or not,but i hate heights.once when i went to stay with my son ,he took me to framlingham
castle in suffolk.he took me up to have a walk around the ramparts ,but i felt so unsteady and sick it made me cry,and i couldnt wait to get down onto terra
