Hi got mine this morning only one of mine has loaded okay the rest i get a message saying error code 5
Sent an e-mail asking for help so hope to get reply back soon with solution. The one that works is great some lovely bits toplay with. Gill

There is an upgrade on MCS website. Not sure if it will help you Gill as it is for earleir versions of the CD but it may help somebody.
Sarah xxx Although I have not got any of the CD's, I do like the look of them so I downloaded the program to see if it would work. It does and although there is no artwork to play with I can use my own and then try out the program. xxx

Hate to disappoint, but think these were a one off.
I ordered the POW peel offs last Monday and still not got them, but got part orders from Sunday and Monday this week. Got part of the items ordered with the POW, but the rest of it is.........well who knows!!! Not holding my breath!!!! love Jill x |

Chris, the downloads can only be used if you already have the CD's. They will not work on their own.

Well, if that is the case try and download it, but I was given to understand on the site that the downloads only work if you have the original programme. That
is what it says in there. I'll go and have a look.

I must say I had quite a shock when mine arrived this morning, ordered on the preview on Friday, haven't had time to play with them yet, but they looked
really good. I stopped ordereing with c&c because they took so long to deliver, full marks to whoever has woken them up at last.

Same here I let my membership lapse because I just stopped bothering because it took so long, compared to Joanna's service
anyway I got an email offering a low price to join so I took the plunge I too ordered this set and expected it around next Tuesday low and behold at 8am the
postie brought it, and it loaded up straight away, hope to get chance to have a play this weekend well done C&C for quick delivery.

I have defiantely downloaded the program to see if I like it before I purchase any of the CD's. As I said you do not get any artwork with it (except one)
but there are other downloads available on the site and it does work.
Definately worth a try if you are interested in these CD's but have been put off by the problems that other people have experienced. Sarah xxx |

I think if things come by RM the delivery is fine - it's the couriers they use for other items that is the problem. At least that is my experience.
