This morning the post came that fits through the letterbox (with me so far), i picked it up to find one of those "sorry you were out" cards with it,
now it wasn't there yesterday (reason for this), so though they had tried to deliver something this morning.
So went out the back garden to find one of said posties wondering around delivering (we have a van full of them), and he said it was YESTERDAY, that it had been delivered, (i hadn't read it just thought it was today), and he couldn't do anything about it.
So i read it more carefully to find yes it was for yesterday, and that it's a packet and too big for the letterbox, now i wouldn't mind if i was someone out all day, but FOR GOD'S SAKE I'M DISABLED AND STUCK IN THE HOUSE all the time, and NO ONE KNOCKED YESTERDAY!!
What makes me even more angry is that you can't ring to redeliver it you have to do it online, what if i didn't have a pc then where would i be, i could collect it if my sister was here to take me, but she's on holiday in Majorca till my birthday on Sunday.
Also why wasn't the card posted YESTERDAY, when they said they tried to deliver, i could have got my parcel then tomorrow instead of Saturday
So now i've redelivered it for Saturday, next day that i can have, just hope it's the parcel from my friend in Australia and NOT a craft item that they tried to deliver yesterday, as if its not i'll be very upset. Sorry for the rant, but they know i'm disabled and yet they still do this, not often but then i don't get parcels that often either, i'm off to sulk now
