I've seen some lovely oval and circular mats used on people's cards and I would really like something like this. I've tried drawing round things but I can never find the right size of saucer etc. and my cutting out of circles and ovals is horrendous. What I would like to know is how do you get these lovely mats, are they punches or stamps or are they "nestabilities"? I'm not sure what nestabilities are but I'm assuming that they are for die cutting machines. Sorry for being a bit of a dunce here and I do hope someone can point me in the right direction. I usually cut mine out using the robo these days because I can get exactly the size I want. As for the rest, I'll send you an email shortly. Ann x

Dont know if anyone has road tested it but I will be watching out for it to see if it is any good. Ali x

Cost a fortune though and as they came out before the nestabilities (which I would love) I'm not sure whether they would work together. If you want a cheap way of making some templates and have a drawing package what about drawing some circle/ovals in graduating sizes - printing and then attaching to card to make templates. It would take some time but would save you money. I know what you mean about ransacking the cupboards for the right size - I have done that so many times - usually for the circle to fit in a bottle top. I always forget what I used last time!!! I like Ann's template suggestion and it would work well for anyone with a steadier hand than me!
