I have so many packs of things bought from C&C that have never seen the light of day, must try to use them, oh and embossing foil which is so flimsy it distorts in the die cutting machine, total waste of money. I could go on but would only distress myself so I will leave it at that. Sue

I never use my Wizard, also bought all the extras that went with it, they came close to £100 without the machine, which should come with a health warning when it shoots out. At least I can use the dies in my Big Shot. Bought the cricut but haven't had time to use it yet, also bought some different cartridges so I think that is something I will use. Have stacks of peel offs that I never use, but I might 'need' them one day. Hugs, Judith.x

I think I've used my Wizard more times in the last month, compared with how often I've use the zyron in the last 12 months!!!!! Maybe everyone should drag out these purchases and try making cards with them, if it's a failure we should innundate ebay with more craft supplies and get a bit of money back to buy more dust gatherers!!!!!!! Or maybe a piece of equipment we can't do without! ( you never know) Clair

When I received it the box was broke on one side but I didn't want to send it back just in case they had no more stock. I have used 2 staps that were lovely but the rest are rubbish. The box (still full of the stamps) is used as a coaster for my tea or wine. I will only buy stamps from Joanna or Stamp Addicts & U-Mount Stamps. Lorrainex

I do have a tagalong, case & a few alphabets that never see the light of day. Biggest mistake was a lighthouse cutting system, still in the loft as I'd feel I was cheating someone by swapping it. Oh and a circle scribe that's never been out the packet.

Posts: 1833 (10/06/2008 15:18:18) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Along with quite a few other sheenies, my Fiskars Shapeboss plus several different templates to go with it, thought it was a MUST HAVE when it first came out and paid over the odds for it, Tonertex Foils Kit, bought at NEC having been 'wowed' by the demo's, stuck in the back of a drawer somewhere, Rollergraphs, various designs, bought most of the Lace templates but now only use certain ones when doing parchment work, I Kan Dee chalks, two sets, can't get on with them, am sure there are more things lurking in some forgotten corner Christine

I must admit to being tempted but I resisted things like the shape boss and after reading this thread I'm glad I did. I often look at sets of stamps and if I don't like them all I don't care how cheap they are I won't get them. I quite like the parchment craft but when I looked at all the bits you need I decided it was a lot of money to spend if I didn't get on with it. I am annoyed that I bought some corner punches (that I love and use lots) and a month after I got them they were on again but about £10 cheaper, if I'd waited I could have saved money. Jan
