Does any one have or know the UK based customer service number of Ideal World I want to ring them to find out how my orders have
been sent out, I still have not got anthing and when they send it by parcel force or Royal mail its almost always here withing two days but when they use
parcel net I never even get the items I have ordered from Empire stores QVC and Ideal world and each time they have used Parcel Net and although its only in
Bradford I have not recieved my parcel and ended up getting a full refund so now I want to find out how the items have been dispatched.
