Yes, but havent a clue what sandwich you use. In my wizard I need a slightly thinner sandwich than for sizzlets/thincuts if that helps.

i've been treated to the big shot a couple of weeks ago & am still experimenting but i think you need the silicone mat and an impression pad. Just a suggestion its worth looking in the die-cut part of the forum. sorry i aint much help mandy x |

Hi there,
You can use the cuttlebug embossing folders in the BIg shot and you do not require a rubber mat. They go through using the standard platform and cutting pads, you just put the paper in the Cuttlebug folder and the put the folder in between the cutting plates and whizz it through. Hope this helps. A rubber/silicone mat is required if you want to use standard brass embossing stencils in your Big Shot (although Cuttlebug folders give a far better impression). I have also heard on the forum that if you are using pearlised card/mirrored card in the folder and the surface cracks that if you add a piece of thin paper in with the card it can help to stop this happening.
