finally got time to come up for air after last weekends C&C Experience. A great time was had by all , including all the birthday ladies ( a birthday they will remember for some time I expect ) it seems well worth saving your pennies up all year round to get to go. You certainly get your monies worth in non-stop workshops, free goodies etc , Free entertainement, your meals cooked with no washing up to do, and no housework for 3 days lol worked it out if you saved £10 each week for a year it will easily pay for it with some left over to spend lol . Even less to save up if you are a C&C member as you get your normal discount of the weekend
price as well !
It was lovely to meet some familiar names and now put faces to those names. Been lovely looking through the photos of everyone and nice to see the Sheenies were well represented in the Sat Night 'Crafty Fortunes' competition. Well done to the winners.
The weekend was a real tonic and saviour to me as I received some very bad news on the Friday night from someone with a very unexpected health problem and it was quite a shock. So thank you to all the ladies (and gents) that helped me through the weekend, gave me cards. ATC's , little gifts and made me smile during rather a tough couple of days and took my mind off it.
Off at the weekend to collect Ryan home from Uni, will be nice to have him home. He's got a lovely break as he does not have to go back till October. Am aiming to take the next two weeks off work and have a holiday/rest break, so will have the chance to spend some time with him as well. Got to do a couple of workshops during my 'holiday' but they are local ones so that is not too bad. Apart from that just planning to relax, rest and read and hope the weather is nice so I can sit out in the garden lol
bye for now and thanks again to all the Hilton Sheenies for a lovely 'experience' lol
